When I was a young man, before my Zen work, I used to throw the fucking clubs. My golf now, just due to time and the politics of water, is confined to making golf art. Two books I loved about the spirituality of the subject is: Golf in the Kingdom and Baggar Vance (good movie, too). My older son plays a mean game; of course, he has one of those turbo-boosted drivers with a GPS locking system. The best thing about golf is emphasis on honesty, unlike any other sport (barring our US president, that is). Cheers.
