What is mine is not me. All those listings you wonderfully put together are objects, whether subtle or gross. I have fallowed the path of Atma Vichara (Self-Inquiry) of Ramana Maharshi for many decades. It consists of asking that question whenever the mind starts wrapping itself in definitions, to turn the mind inward, until the mind gives up its notions and silence is the answer, which is no answer at all.

I wish that more people would read this and begin to question their definitions.🙏❤️
