What a great idea to have an open letter to someone you admire. Beautifully written. I just watched a video on some of the unsavory Hollywood personalities regarding predators. He made the top 10. As you showed with his childhood and the subsequent insecurities, I am sure that contributed to his faults. So many comedians bearing scars and shadows and helping the rest forget theirs, at least for a moment.
