Very nice, Cory. It sure is not easy being a parent. We make it up as we go along. I do not think you can go back to who you were prior. It is like trying to fit into your high school clothes (at least for me, that is). This is why it is hard for friends who have not had that growing experience of parenting can understand, and often there is that drifting away. Kids are a kick in the butt to self-growth.
