Okay, Vadim, my friend. I am going to kick some Marine butt right now by being honest with you. First, that is some fine writing. Everything is grist for the milling pen of a writer.

Why apologize? A happy face, a depressed face--both are masks. There is nothing true about them. They are as ephemeral as passing clouds. they do not define us.

Get off your Marine butt and run forward into the fray of life and help someone suffering more than you--and there are a lot of opportunities to do so. Just your writing will have helped people going through such pangs of living. I see depression as over-saturated ego playing its game keeping one from connecting with All That Is. It is a black hole of me-ness. Move that stuck energy and stop listening to the rantings of the mind--which has nothing to do with who you are.

And I have offered you my number before and I offer it again, if you want to talk.

You got this, mon ami. There are no happy endings just the adventure of the Journey of unlearning who we think we are! Peace out!😱🙏❤️
