In my 20s, a long time ago in the Peace Corps, the Cameroonians taught me how to slow down. To be on African time. I became so slow that when I lived in Australia, some Aussie told me that if I went any slower I would be walking backwards. Coming from an Aussie, that is slow. Cheers. Enjoy that cake.
