I gave all mine away in the 80s along with everything else. While I miss the sitting down and going over the sleeves, I do not miss the lugging around the cartons. And now with Amazon music, although not analog, I have found all my albums and exposed to so much more. But those were fond days when my speakers towered in my room.

And where does your daughter live and what is her path like?

My younger is a lot like me, a philosopher/artist (although he prefers digital for game design), black belt in Jiu Jitsu. He his much wiser than I was at his age.

My 32 year old son is ready to be a father in October. He lives in a big house in the San Diego area with a wonderful wife who is a psychiatrist for Vets. He did not grow up with me but we're very close. Because his parents were poor, he had a strong desire not to be.
