Death has been a known companion for a long while, since a near-death experience as a young man. Coming back into my body instead of being just Spirit was not a relief at all.

One of the names of Death is Lord Yama, who took on the role to help guide people to the other side, out of love. I have written a book about Yama and I have many written conversations with him/her. I have some of those conversations published on my page you might be interested in.

It is such a fascinating subject that we all will have to experience, but we act like it won't happen. There was a scene in Gladiator when there was a possibility of death of one of the characters and he said, "Not yet."
