A great topic. The age-old question of free will versus determinism. Do our biomes in our gut influence us? Our environment? Our past? The hypnosis of those is power? Our pain? Our samskaras and karma? All those hidden beings? Is their an independent self that can make independent decisions? Or is this life already played out and we are just moving through it? For me, I act as though I have free-will, especially in how I react to circumstances that I trust were given to me to see how I would react, while trusting in Something, Some Process, beyond my ken.
